Tribunal deadline calculator

Missing an employment tribunal deadline usually means losing the right to claim at all, and the rules for working out that deadline are less straightforward than "three months from the event." Acas Early Conciliation pauses the clock, sometimes extends it further under a separate rule, and redundancy pay runs on its own six-month limit. This calculator asks for the date of the event, the type of claim, and your Early Conciliation dates if you have them, then works out the actual date you need to file by. It is a guide, not legal advice, and it does not resolve genuinely ambiguous cases.
